ScaryCrow says “Flowers fade when pollinated”
ScaryCrow Says
Flowers fade when pollinated.
The truth is painful, for every time a beautiful, scent filled, perfectly shaped flower, is pollinated, the flower fades and uses its energy to set seed. The painful truth is that few other seed and plant sellers don’t tell you the truth as you go about growing flowers for pollinators. What makes our products different is that, in our native ecologies, when plants fade after pollination and wither to set seed, another takes its place, both seasonally and as the years roll by.
Hopefully you wont be ‘swatting pollinators’ off your plants, as was done between 1870 – 1990’s with chemical sprays pesticide and worse…. That’s why it’s time to tip the balance for nature.
