About Buying Plant form Us

When buying plants from us, please understand we are a seed house and not a plant nursery. We sell small quantities of plants to the public from this website.

When sowing or propagating seed crops we grow extra plants for our customers, we make these plants available in spring and autumn. Every year, Design By Nature grows hundreds of thousands of plants from which we produce seed crops. We also grow large quantities of plants on Contract.

For many reasons, we do not sell plants in winter or high summer, nor do we keep a constant supply of all the plant species that we grow, once each batch is sold, it could be some time before we produce another batch.
