Delivery Lead & Slow Trade Times

During peak times, weather permitting, we try our very best to Pack your orders and then Post as fast as we can. 

The AnPost tracking code on your parcel registers after 7pm same day the parcel is posted.

Our aim is to pack simple B2C – Consumer plant orders within 5 days. Complex orders within 10 days, due to poor weather

B2B trade – may take longer as orders can sometimes be complex to organise

Bank Holiday : We may extend delivery lead time up to 5 days if payment is made on the day prior to a Bank Holiday weekend, as this business is closed for trade at weekends.

SLOW TRADE, OUR RIGHTS : As gardeners, growers and farmers we reserves the right to enjoy an off peak of SLOW TRADE.

In Summer we are harvesting seed, so collecting seeds come first, for if they didn’t, we couldn’t supply you. Could we now?

In Winter we are also far slower to respond to purchase orders as the ground may be frozen and so will we.
